Main Components

Light Exposure Unit
The light exposure unit has an electric hydraulic lid, with the assistance of a strong vacuum and a new suction method, which guarantees that the lid will be securely attached within 3-10 seconds. An LED indicator on an electronic stabilizer will show if there are any abnormalities with the UV light tubes. This allows for any issues to be detected from outside the machine, ensuring safety and minimizing losses. The latest high-power UV light tubes are used to increase sensitivity and precision in plate-making.

Plate Processor + Drying Unit
The plate processor and drying unit are equipped with a UVA light bulb that detects light and a special UVC light bulb that completes the sensing process. Once processed, the printing plate becomes stable and the stickiness of the surface is eliminated. This increases the durability of the plate for printing. Additionally, the device features a drying box with three shelves and an energy-efficient design that includes insulation for safety.

Sealed design for environmental protection:
The plate washing machine adopts a sealed design to ensure that exhaust gas is discharged outdoors, which is environmentally friendly.
Automatic circulation of plate washing solution:
The plate washing machine achieves automatic circulation of plate washing by punching the photosensitive plate material and hanging it on a dedicated guide board. During this process, the concentration of the plate washing solution can be digitally controlled and freely set as needed to ensure consistent plate washing quality and effect.
Brush cleaning and chemical washing:
The plate washing machine is equipped with flat small and round brushes, and rotating brushes for thorough cleaning of the plate material, thereby reducing the impact of residual chemicals on print quality.
Waste reduction:
the amount of cleaning solution can be adjusted freely at any time and will stop once the plate is clean. This eliminates the need for surface testing after cleaning.
User-friendly operations:
The entire plate washing process is fully automatic and can continuously deliver plates, resulting in higher productivity. The device has 8 sets of memory for adjusting the thickness of plates with just one button. The thickness adjustment is combined with the plate washing speed adjustment. There are 15 different adjustable washing speeds that can be changed on-the-go using a high-tech touch screen interface. The controls are user-friendly and easy to understand with clear on-screen instructions.
